Overview
The Jian Pi Cha (“tea of the Jian Pi register, that of the Earth Phase”) denotes a category of traditional preparations whose exact composition varies with the apothecary, but which share a common frame: the register the tradition ties to transformation (Yun Hua) and to the median sphere.
These preparations classically bring together sweet herbs of the Bu register of the Earth Phase (Shan Yao, Bai Zhu, Fu Ling, Da Zao) and herbs of the Li Qi register, which move the Qi (Chen Pi, Sha Ren).
Presented in sachets for a quick preparation suited to everyday use.
Traditional uses
A composed preparation of the mild register attached to transformation (Yun Hua) in constitutions where it is slowed or disturbed by an excess of Dampness.
Traditionally valued for constitutions where Dampness weighs on the median sphere, or simply as a daily companion to an even transformation (Yun Hua).
