Li Qi 理气 Citrus peels, flowers and fruits

When the breath knots, the tradition speaks of Qi that stagnates. The “Li Qi” (理气) family brings together aromatic and pungent matter (citrus peels, flowers, fruits) which the classical reading associates with the free movement of the breath, in the register of Wood.
